1 The annual period for enjoying it’s Three Weeks for the one share. Mostly one week
2 There isn`t annual expenses. The annual expenses is one thousand $ annually at least.
3 Cash return 15 to 25 % of capital There is no any return.
4 Full amount of the share can be recovered after 5 years. The shared amount is not recovered.
5 Any unused or unemployed period shall be deported for the next year. If the period was not used, it will be cancelled with the next year.
6 Unspecified places in addition to the contractual places:
1- Armani Hotel – Khalifa Tower – Dubai
2- Fairmont Makkah
3- Resort in India, And more than 95,000  hotels and resorts, 15,000 hotel Apartments in 11,000  destinations in 185 countries from 5 stares to the reasonable prices.
Only one place was agreed upon.
7 The contract is entered into by law firm. The contract is ordinary.
8 The time shall be specified before two months from the date of travel The date is annually determined.
9 The total cost of the share throughout 20 year start from 20,000USD, ie. 3 USD per day.
10 The total return for a period of 20 year at rate of fourfold of value of investment share is equivalent to 80,000 USD.

Value of the deed starts from 20,000 $ throughout 20 years.

• Three weeks in Turtles on the Beach Resort throughout the year, or rent it and get cash benefit, or stay in any hotel around the world (the period is according to the financial return available for the customer).

• Or Three weeks in Armani Dubai Hotel throughout the year, or rent it and get cash benefit, or stay in any hotel around the world (the period is according to the financial return available for the customer).

• Or Three weeks in Fairmont Makkah Residence throughout the year, except for Ramadan Month and Hajj season, or rent it and get cash benefit, or stay in any hotel around the world (the period is according to the financial return available for the customer).

• Or three weeks at any hotel in the world, within one hundred thousand (100.000) hotels and resorts, hotel apartments among 150 thousand destinations in 185 countries. The accommodation is available with it different levels and competitive prices exclusive for Tamaluk Company. Accommodation level and period of stay are commensurate with the financial return of 20% of shared value and the destination shall be determined before two month from date of travel.

• Annual financial return from 15% to 25% annually of deed value will be distributed every 3 months.
